L’association Élan interculturel, créée en 2008 par un groupe de femmes immigrées, toutes professionnelles du domaine de la psychologie interculturelle, a conçu au fil des années des outils interactifs, ludiques et artistiques permettant de promouvoir le dialogue interculturel, la diversité ainsi que l’intégration des personnes en risque d’exclusion.

Aujourd’hui installé aux Grands Voisins, fantastique terrain d’expérience et de réflexion pour qui s’intéresse à la mixité culturelle, l’équipe se prépare maintenant à offrir des cours en ligne aux travailleurs sociaux et conseillers d’insertion des Grands Voisins pour les aider à accompagner l’insertion des immigrés. Ce travail est réalisé dans le cadre d’un projet Casebook (Erasmus+), financé par la Commission européenne, qui vise à faciliter le processus d’intégration des migrants adultes peu qualifiés. Comment ? À travers un recueil de cas à l’usage des conseillers d’orientation professionnelle et des travailleurs sociaux agissant auprès de cette population.
