Cours-démonstrations de hatha yoga, de yoga/qi gong, de vinyasi flow en musique, et de yoga iyengar
Venez avec votre équipement. Pour les débutants et les curieux, nous avons quelques tapis à prêter.
Deux sessions de 14h00 à 16h00 et de 19h00 à 21h00. Rendez-vous au camping ou, en cas de pluie, à la Médiathèque.
