Les Comptoirs : cuisines en partage

Aux Comptoirs, les plats sont préparés et servis par les résidents des centres d’hébergement des Grands Voisins.

Les résidents sont accompagnés par les chefs cuisiniers de Yes We Camp (La Lingerie) et constituent leur “brigade” pour cuisiner et vendre aux Comptoirs. Ils partagent ainsi leurs connaissances et leurs savoir-faire, tout en apprenant le fonctionnement d’une cuisine professionnelle : organiser un plan de travail, composer un menu, dresser une assiette.

Alors que la Lingerie est d’abord un lieu partagé, – avec une alternance au bar et en cuisine entre l’équipe de Yes We Camp et les personnes en insertion -, les Comptoirs vont plus loin en expérimentant une concomitance complète entre une équipe de cuisine professionnelle et des non-professionnels en insertion.

Ce projet d’insertion est porté par les associations Aurore, qui gère les centres d’hébergement, et Yes We Camp, chargé de l’ouverture au public des Grands Voisins.

Ouvert pour déjeuner ou dîner.
Mercredi à vendredi : 12h00-14h00 puis 19h00-22h00
Samedi : 12h00-15h00 puis 19h00-22h00
Dimanche : 12h00-16h00

Plats à partir de 5€ – Paiement en liquide uniquement.
Trois menus au choix, en extérieur ou à emporter.
Service des plats au comptoir.
Service des boissons à table.
