L’association Aurore, le Carillon et les Grands Voisins organisent une après-midi et soirée de réflexion autour du décloisonnement entre les populations exilé.e.s et celles qui les reçoivent.

L’accueil mis en place pour les exilé.e.s par les autorités ne répond pas aux besoins que la situation exige. La tendance sécuritaire accentue la relégation des non-Européen.nes hors des frontières de l’espace Schengen. Face à ce refus de l’accueil, des personnes et collectifs se sont mobilisés pour revendiquer un tournant des politiques. Des améliorations sont à apporter au système « classique » de centres d’hébergement d’urgence et camps, en vue de favoriser les échanges entre populations déjà installées et nouvellement arrivées, et de permettre aux exilé.e.s de mener une vie digne. Au-delà des pratiques et politiques du rejet, des initiatives citoyennes, associatives de même que celles d’élu.e.s ont vu le jour pour offrir un accueil le plus digne possible aux exilé.e.s. Nous concentrerons cette journée-débat autour des problématiques de l’accueil en Europe et des alternatives citoyennes.

Avant-première du film Un Paese di Calabria de Shu Aiello et Catherine Catella, en présence de Catherine Catella.
Comme tant d’autres villages subissant l’exode rural, Riace – petit village situé à l’extrême sud de l’Italie – s’éteignait peu à peu… Mais en 1998, un bateau transportant 300 kurdes échoue sur ses plages. L’action spontanée de ses habitants, qui décident d’accueillir les migrants en réhabilitant les maisons abandonnées, modifiera profondément son avenir. Aujourd’hui Riace est considéré comme le village modèle d’accueil, par le projet Citta Futura. Mais l’heure est maintenant aux élections, et l’opposition (aidée par la mafia) veut se débarrasser du maire (de gauche). Les habitants vont-ils pouvoir défendre ce qu’ils ont si courageusement reconstruit ?

Un duo hip hop syrio-palestinien engagé socialement et politiquement, représentatif de la nouvelle génération qui grandit sur un territoire un guerre. Leurs textes écrits en arabe portent un message de paix et contribuent à mettre leur musique au service des revendications du peuple syrien. Contraints au silence quand la violence de la guerre était à son paroxysme dans leur pays, et suite à la destruction de leur studio d’enregistrement, ils ont fui la Syrie pour poursuivre leurs rêves et leur carrière en France.
